Ordering Process

Many stickers and labels can be configured, calculated and ordered directly online. For custom work, large volumes, tenders or special packaging requirements, our sales team can help personally with a quote.

How do I place an order with Dr.Sticker?

Choose the product, select size, material, finishing, quantity and production speed. Then upload your file, choose a file check if required and complete the order in the checkout.

Can I calculate my price directly online?

Yes. For many stickers and labels you can calculate the price directly online. You immediately see how material, size, quantity, finishing and production speed affect the price.

When should I request a quote?

A quote is useful for custom work, large volumes, tenders, unusual materials, multiple delivery addresses, special packaging requests, bundling per type or when you do not yet have a print-ready file.

Request your quote here.

Who is Dr.Sticker suitable for?

We work for consumers, business users, resellers, signmakers, advertising agencies, printers, print buyers, industry, retail, e-commerce, government, construction, real estate, healthcare, education, associations and non-profit organisations.

Can I order as a reseller or graphic professional?

Yes. Dr.Sticker is set up for resellers, high-volume business users and graphic professionals. Orders are shipped whitelabel as standard, so your customer does not see Dr.Sticker branding on the packaging.

For professional customers we also offer Dr.Sticker PRO. This is useful if you regularly buy stickers or labels, want to calculate prices online, upload files directly, need B2B options or want support with larger or recurring projects.

Can I get advice before ordering?

Yes. Use the contact form or email info@drsticker.nl. Preferably include the application, size, quantity, desired lead time and, if possible, a photo or example.

Can I still change my order after placing it?

Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet entered production, we can often still help. Once production has started, changes are usually no longer possible.

Can I order multiple designs or variants in one order?

This is often possible, depending on the product and required configuration. For multiple variants, quantities or files, a quote is usually the clearest route so everything is produced and packed correctly.

Products And Materials

With more than 250 material types, there is almost always a suitable sticker or label solution. Think indoor, outdoor, floors, windows, walls, temporary, permanent, transparent, sustainable, extra strong, writable or industry-specific applications.

Which stickers and labels can I order?

You can order roll labels, individual stickers, labels, window stickers, floor stickers, sealing stickers, product labels, warning stickers, doming stickers and custom stickers, among many other options.

Which material should I choose?

First choose the application that best fits your project through our menu structure, such as window stickers, floor stickers, wall stickers, vehicle stickers, roll stickers or sticker sheets. The product page describes the material specifications in more detail.

Need more information about materials, adhesion, appearance or use? View our digital sample book or ask for advice before ordering.

What does the sticker selection guide recommend for common applications?

The selection guide in our sample book gives quick material directions for common situations:

These are general directions. The best choice still depends on surface, installation, use and environment.

Which sticker sticks best?

There is no single sticker that sticks best everywhere. Adhesion depends on the surface, temperature, moisture, duration of use and load. In the selection guide, Motomark is mentioned as the strongest-adhering film. For difficult surfaces such as PE, PP or caravans, Orajet 3106HT with Oraguard 215 gloss is mentioned.

Most stickers adhere well to smooth, clean and grease-free surfaces. For rough, cold, greasy, powder-coated or slightly curved surfaces, additional material advice is recommended.

Which sticker is suitable for floors?

For floors, we recommend a floor sticker with a suitable floor adhesive and a protective, wear-resistant finish. The selection guide mentions Roughmark with floor laminate for indoor floors. For outdoor floors, Alufloor is mentioned.

Only apply floor stickers to a clean, dry and suitable surface. In public areas or with intensive use, anti-slip, wear and removability require extra attention.

Which sticker is suitable for windows or glass?

For windows and glass there are several options: transparent stickers, white stickers, window stickers with white ink, static window film or stickers for inside or outside application. For temporary window campaigns, Dotfix transparent or Dotfix white is often useful because it is easy to apply and remove. Yupo Tako is a suction film without adhesive and is mainly suitable for smooth surfaces such as glass.

The right choice depends on visibility, light transmission, reading direction, weather exposure and whether the sticker is temporary or long-term.

Can a sticker be applied inside a window and be readable from outside?

Yes, this is often possible with mirrored printing or a specific window sticker setup. Please state this clearly in advance so the file, material and reading direction can be prepared correctly.

Which sticker is suitable for walls?

For walls, the surface is decisive. Smooth, clean and fully cured paint usually gives the best chance of adhesion. For rough walls or brick, the selection guide mentions Roughmark with Oraguard 215 matt.

Rough walls, textured paint, lime paint, dust, moisture or recently painted walls can reduce adhesion. For wall applications, we recommend material advice or a test in advance.

Will a sticker adhere well to plastic, metal or powder coating?

Often yes, but plastic types, coatings and surface treatments vary greatly. For difficult surfaces such as PE, PP or caravans, the selection guide mentions Orajet 3106HT with Oraguard 215 gloss. Clean the surface thoroughly and, when in doubt, tell us the surface type and application.

Do you have a digital sample book?

Yes. In the digital sample book you can quickly get an impression of materials, applications and possibilities.

Can I request samples?

Would you like to assess a material first? Contact us or request a quote with your application and preferred material direction. We will then look at which sample or solution fits best.

Can I receive a physical proof?

Yes. You can order online from just 1 piece. Please note that ordering a larger quantity immediately is often more cost-effective.

Do you have a large production run of EUR 2,500+ and want extra certainty? Contact us to discuss the possibilities for a free sample or proof.

Are stickers suitable for outdoor use?

Many materials are suitable for outdoor use, but not every material is intended for this. As a good price/quality choice for outdoor use, the selection guide mentions Orajet 3651G white gloss with Oraguard 215 gloss. For maximum outdoor durability, 3M IJ280 with 3M 8428G is mentioned.

For outdoor use, always choose a material and adhesive that match moisture, UV, temperature changes, wear and the desired lifetime.

Can I get stickers that withstand water or cleaning agents?

Yes, several material and finishing options are available. Please indicate whether the sticker only needs to withstand moisture, is regularly wet, is used in cooling or comes into contact with cleaning agents. For protection against chemical substances, the selection guide mentions GF108 Tedlar satin as a direction.

Can I order transparent stickers?

Yes. Transparent stickers are possible, optionally with white ink or specific printing. Keep in mind that transparent material reacts differently to the surface than white material.

What is the difference between permanent and removable adhesive?

Permanent adhesive is intended for long-term adhesion. Removable adhesive is suitable when the sticker needs to be removed more cleanly later. The final result always depends on the surface, temperature and duration of use.

Which sticker leaves the least adhesive residue?

According to the selection guide, Roughmark up to around 6 months and Dotfix up to around 3 months are good directions when you want less adhesive residue. Yupo Tako has no adhesive and works as a suction film, but is only suitable for smooth surfaces such as glass.

Removability always depends on the surface, duration of use, temperature, sunlight and cleaning agents.

Which sticker should I choose for vehicle lettering, wraps or motorsport?

For full wraps of cars or boats, for example, the selection guide mentions 3M IJ280 with 3M 8428G or 3M 8550M. For vehicle lettering without a car wrap, Orajet 3651G with Oraguard 215 gloss or matt is mentioned. For extreme wear or motorsport, Motomark with GF238 Motomark Armor gloss is mentioned.

Which sticker is suitable for heat, wear or chemical exposure?

For higher temperatures up to around 120 degrees, the selection guide mentions Oracal 352 white matt. For extreme wear or motorsport, Motomark with GF238 Motomark Armor gloss is mentioned. For protection against chemical substances, GF108 Tedlar satin is mentioned.

For technical applications, we always recommend a practical test or project-specific advice.

Can I get stickers for rough or difficult surfaces?

Often yes, but it requires the right material choice. For rough walls or brick, the selection guide mentions Roughmark with Oraguard 215 matt. For difficult surfaces such as PE, PP or caravans, Orajet 3106HT with Oraguard 215 gloss is mentioned.

Also think of surfaces such as plastic, metal, cardboard, powder coating, glass, wood or lightly structured surfaces. Send information or photos when in doubt.

Are there minimum or maximum sizes?

This depends on the product, material and finishing. The online calculator shows the available options. For unusual sizes or large stickers, you can request a quote.

Can I have a special shape cut?

Yes. Stickers can often be cut in a custom shape. Please supply a clear cutting line according to the file specifications, or request help from our studio if you do not yet have one.

File Preparation

A good file prevents delays and surprises. During the online ordering process you can upload a file directly, view a live preview and choose extra file checking for more certainty.

What does my file need to meet?

Preferably supply a print-ready file with the correct size, sufficient resolution, safe margins, correct cutting line where required and outlined fonts. View the file specifications.

Which file formats can I upload?

A print-ready PDF is usually the best choice. Depending on the product, other graphic files may also be suitable. For cutting lines, white ink or special finishes, a well-built vector file is often important.

What is the difference between automatic check, premium check and digital proof?
Automatic check Automated check and digital preview.
Premium check Extra manual check of your files and digital preview.
Digital proof Extra manual check, personal guidance and digital proof.
Do I always need to choose a file check?

It is not mandatory, but it is wise if you want more certainty. Especially for custom work, cutting lines, special shapes, transparent materials, white ink or important deadlines, we recommend a more extensive check.

Does Dr.Sticker also check spelling, content and design?

No, a file check is not a content, text, brand or design check. Always check spelling, contact details, barcodes, QR codes, logos, colours and quantities yourself before ordering.

I do not have a file yet. Can you help with design or DTP?

Yes. Our studio can help with complete design, DTP work, adjustments, additions, numbering and variants. Request this via the quote form and clearly describe your wishes. We will tell you in advance what costs are involved.

Can I upload multiple files?

This depends on the product and ordering process. For multiple designs or variants, clearly state which quantity belongs to which file. When in doubt, a quote is the safest route.

What happens if my file is not correct?

If something is noticed within the selected check, we will contact you where possible. This may affect the lead time, because production can only start properly once the file is approved and usable.

Can I send a new file after uploading?

Contact us immediately if you supplied the wrong file. If the order has not yet entered production, we can often still help. After production has started, replacing the file is usually no longer possible.

Why can colours differ from my screen?

Screens display colours with light, while print uses inks on material. Colour differences can occur due to screen settings, material, finishing, colour profiles and lighting conditions. For critical colours, testing or consultation in advance is recommended.

Shipping And Production Times

Production time and shipping time are not the same. Production time refers to making your stickers or labels. Delivery refers to the transport afterwards. If you have a deadline, choose both production and delivery options carefully.

When does my lead time start?

The lead time starts once your order has been paid, except for orders on invoice. If you have chosen a check or digital proof, production can only continue once the file has been approved.

Which production speeds are available?
Standard 🕒 4 working days. Cut-off time: 17:00.
Fast 🚀 2 working days. Cut-off time: 11:00.
Rush 🏎️ Within 24 hours. Cut-off time: 11:00.
Which delivery options are available?

Depending on order and destination, you can choose regular delivery, express delivery in a time window, pallet delivery or pickup in Roosendaal. For deadlines, we recommend a shipping method with higher reliability.

  • Regular delivery: 90% reliability.
  • Express delivery 08:00-12:00: 99% reliability.
  • Express delivery 08:00-17:00: 99% reliability.
  • Pallet delivery: 99% reliability.
  • Pickup in Roosendaal: 100% reliability.
Do you deliver within the Netherlands and Belgium?

Yes. We deliver within the Netherlands and Belgium. We also have a European focus and many orders can be delivered internationally.

The available shipping options, lead times and costs may differ by country, parcel size and shipment. For international shipments, pallet deliveries or deliveries outside the standard checkout, it is best to request a quote.

Do you also deliver internationally?

Yes. We regularly deliver to customers outside the Netherlands and Belgium. Within Europe, many orders can be shipped as usual. For large volumes, pallet shipments, multiple delivery addresses or deliveries outside Europe, we are happy to advise on the best shipping method.

Please note: with international delivery, transport time, reliability, customs formalities or local delivery conditions may differ per destination.

Can I ship my order to multiple addresses?

Yes, this is possible. Unfortunately, it is not a standard online option, but it can be arranged via a quote request. State per address what needs to be delivered, including quantities and any packaging requirements.

Can I ship directly to my customer?

Yes. We work daily for resellers and graphic professionals. We can ship orders fully whitelabel in neutral packaging. Your customer will not see Dr.Sticker branding on the packaging.

Can I dropship through you?

Yes. Place your order online via our website and we ship whitelabel as standard, without our own branding and without a recognisable or traceable Dr.Sticker sender or return address on the packaging.

Can my order be packed or bundled in a special way?

Yes. Custom packaging is possible by quote, from flat packaging on a pallet to bundling by type, category, project, customer or sales set. Please state your requirements clearly in advance.

Is same-day pickup or courier shipment possible?

Yes, please contact us directly. Same-day production, pickup or courier shipment depends on the product, planning, file, material and destination.

What if the carrier is delayed?

We do our best to produce and ship reliably, but transport delays can occur. Do not take risks with a strict deadline: choose faster production and a delivery option with higher reliability.

Will I receive a track & trace?

If the selected shipping method supports it, you will receive the track & trace by email once the shipment has been registered or dispatched.

Where is my order?

Once your order has been registered or dispatched, you will receive the track & trace by email. Also check your spam folder and the email address used for your order. If you have not received track & trace yet, your order is probably still in production or has not yet been processed by the carrier.

Administration: Payment And Invoices

For fast processing, it is important that payment, invoice and delivery details are entered correctly. Always check these details before placing your order.

Which payment methods can I use?

The available payment methods are shown in the checkout. Which options are visible may depend on country, customer type, order amount and account settings.

Can I order on invoice?

For business customers, we offer this option in the ordering process when it is available. If ordering on invoice is available for your order or account, you will automatically see this payment option during checkout.

When does production start if I order on invoice?

For regular online payment, the lead time starts once payment has been received. For orders on invoice, the agreed terms apply and payment in advance does not always block the start of production.

Will I receive an invoice?

Yes. You will receive an invoice or payment receipt with your order, usually by email or through your account area. Check beforehand that your company name, invoice address and VAT details are correct.

Can I change my invoice details afterwards?

Please contact us as soon as possible. Sometimes a correction can still be processed, but it is important that invoice details are correct when placing the order.

Can I enter a VAT number?

Yes, where applicable you can enter your VAT details during the ordering process or in your account. Please check this carefully before completing your order.

Can I add a reference, purchase order number or project number to the invoice?

State this as clearly as possible during the ordering process or in your quote request. For business projects, we can often take this into account if it is known in advance.

Can I receive a quote for internal approval?

Yes. Request a quote if you need internal approval first, want to compare several scenarios or need a formal quote for purchasing, project administration or tendering.

Sustainability

Sustainability starts with the right choice: a material that fits the application, a quantity that makes sense and a production process that helps prevent unnecessary waste.

Do you offer sustainable sticker and label materials?

Yes, several more sustainable material options are available. The best choice depends on use, surface, lifetime, appearance and any requirements around recycling or biodegradability.

What is the most sustainable choice for my application?

This differs per situation. A sustainable choice is not always the thinnest or most natural material, but the material that performs properly without unnecessary reprints, failure or replacement.

Do you help prevent waste?

Yes. By looking carefully at material, size, quantity, file quality and packaging in advance, we help prevent mistakes, reprints and unnecessary production losses as much as possible.

Can I get advice about material and lifetime?

Yes. Tell us where the sticker will be used, how long it needs to stay in place, which conditions matter and whether removability or recycling plays a role.

Is a longer lifetime always more sustainable?

Not always. For temporary campaigns, a temporary solution may be more suitable. For product labels, outdoor use or safety applications, long-term quality is important to prevent replacement.

Can I compare sustainable options in a quote?

Yes. Indicate in your quote request that sustainability is important. Where possible, we can include alternatives or material directions.
