Fuel-resistant stickers are specially developed for applications where the sticker needs to withstand fuels, oils and other chemical influences. Ideal for motorcycles, scooters, machines, fuel cap areas, tools and industrial applications. Thanks to the strong material and durable printing, these stickers maintain excellent adhesion and visibility, even under demanding conditions.
Extra-strong film for intensive use
Fuel-resistant stickers are produced on Roughmark white matt, an extremely strong and wear-resistant PVC film with a matt finish. This material is designed for applications where high mechanical stress and chemical resistance are required. The robust top layer is resistant to scratches, impacts and intensive use. The stickers are printed with solvent ink, providing a UV-resistant, colourfast and durable print. This ensures that text, logos and safety markings remain sharp and legible for a long time – even when exposed to sunlight and fluctuating temperatures.
Resistant to fuel and demanding conditions
Roughmark is suitable for applications where contact with petrol or oil may occur. In combination with a protective laminate, the chemical resistance is further increased. This makes these stickers particularly suitable for motorsports, gardening and agricultural machinery, industrial equipment and technical installations.
Please note: For maximum fuel resistance, we always recommend a suitable laminate. Without laminate, prolonged exposure to fuel may affect the printed surface.

How should you supply your artwork for the best results?
Although we thoroughly check all files before they go into production, it is useful to know which requirements your artwork should meet.
Preferably work in CMYK and supply your artwork as a print-ready PDF file. Convert fonts to outlines and clearly indicate any cutting lines.
