Orders placed before 11:00 am will be processed the same day. Orders after 11:00 am will be processed the next business day.
Can my order be delivered urgently?
Definitely! Most items in our range can be picked up the next day or delivered urgently if ordered before 11:00 am. However, please note that an express surcharge applies for this fast service. You can find the current delivery times and prices on our product pages at probo.nl.
Can I change the delivery address?
Absolutely, you can change the delivery address as long as your order has not been shipped yet. Unfortunately, this does not happen automatically, so please contact us for assistance.
Can I send my order directly to my customer?
Of course! We send everything completely white label, so in neutral packaging. So your customer will not see the name Dr. Sticker anywhere on the packaging. This way, you can safely have your order delivered directly to your customers!
How can I track my order?
Very easy! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. With this, you can easily track your shipment. Moreover, you can view the current status of your shipment in your account: go to 'orders' in your account and open the order you want to view the status of.
