Your order is produced, packed and handed over to the carrier with care. As soon as your parcel has been shipped, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation with track & trace.

Shipping within the EU

We ship to countries within the European Union. Production time remains the same, but transit time may differ by country. For business customers, whitelabel shipping to end customers is available.

Frequently asked questions

When does my lead time start?

The lead time starts once your order has been paid, except for orders on invoice. All choices must also be complete and your print file must be supplied correctly. If you choose a manual check or digital proof, the planning can only be final once the file has been approved or the proof has been accepted.

What do the cut-off times mean?

The cut-off time is the latest moment we need your order and print file for that working day to count in the planning. For standard production this is 17:00. For fast and rush production this is 11:00.

Is the shown date the delivery date or shipping date?

The date on the product page indicates when your order is expected to be ready for shipping or delivery based on the selected option. Actual delivery then depends on the carrier and delivery address.

Can my order be delivered urgently?

Yes. Choose the rush within 24 hours option on the product page. Order, pay and upload your file before 11:00 to meet the fastest planning. A rush surcharge applies for this service.

Can I pick up my order?

If pickup is available for your order, you will see it among the delivery options at checkout. Your order will only be ready for pickup once production has been completed and you have received confirmation.

Can file checking affect my lead time?

Yes. If your file cannot be approved immediately, we will contact you or ask for a new file. With a digital proof, production only starts after your approval.

What if my file is not supplied correctly?

We will let you know what needs to be adjusted. You can then upload a new file. The final planning can only continue once the file is suitable for production.

Can I change the delivery address?

This is possible as long as your order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us so we can check and adjust the address for you.

Can I send my order directly to my customer?

Yes. We work daily for resellers and graphic professionals. We can ship orders completely whitelabel in neutral packaging. Your customer will not see any Dr. Sticker branding on the packaging.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

Yes, this is possible. Unfortunately this cannot be arranged online yet, but we can process it through a quote request.

Can I dropship through you?

Yes, this is possible. Place your order online through our website and we will ship it whitelabel by default, without our own branding and without a traceable Dr. Sticker return or sender address.

Can my order be packed or shipped in a special way?

Absolutely. Custom handling is possible by quotation, from flat packaging on a pallet to bundling per type, variant or project.

Is same-day pickup or courier delivery possible?

Absolutely. Contact us directly and we will check what is possible at that moment for your order and deadline.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. You can also view the status in your account under orders.

What happens if the carrier is delayed?

We do everything we can to produce your order on time and hand it over to the carrier. From the moment of shipping, delivery depends on the carrier. If a shipment appears to be stuck, contact us and we will look into it with you.
