Description Safety Stickers
Safety stickers are essential for clear communication in workplaces, warehouses, on machinery and in public areas. Whether used for warning stickers, safety markings, tamper-evident seals or reflective markings, safety stickers improve visibility, recognition and compliance with safety regulations. These stickers are produced using specialist films suitable for both indoor and outdoor use and designed to withstand demanding conditions.
Specialist Films for Maximum Visibility and Safety
For safety applications, we use several high-quality materials depending on the purpose of the sticker. Oracal 820 White Matte is an ultra-destructible security film that tears when removal is attempted, making it ideal for seals, property labels and document security where tampering must be immediately visible. Reflective White is a retroreflective film designed for maximum visibility in low-light conditions or in the dark. Oracal 6510 Fluorescent Yellow, Red and Green are highly visible fluorescent films with extremely high attention value, suitable for temporary safety markings and signalling. Orajet 3651G White Gloss is a durable polymeric film for general safety applications with a clean and professional appearance. Depending on the application, the material is selected based on adhesion, visibility, durability and surface type. The stickers are printed with solvent ink for a UV-resistant, colourfast and scratch-resistant finish.
Indoor or Outdoor? Permanent or Tamper-Evident?
Safety stickers are often used for long-term applications. Examples include machine warnings, CE markings, safety instructions and reflective markings on vehicles and objects. For applications where tampering must be prevented, the destructible film (Oracal 820) provides the right solution: removal without visible damage is impossible. For high visibility both during the day and at night, reflective film is the preferred choice. Fluorescent films provide maximum daytime visibility thanks to their intense signal colours.

Frequently Asked Questions
> Which film should I choose for a safety sticker on a machine?
For permanent warnings on flat surfaces, Orajet 3651G is suitable. If the sticker must not be removable without visible damage, choose Oracal 820.
> Are reflective stickers mandatory for certain applications?
Specific regulations may apply to traffic or vehicle applications. Reflective film increases visibility and safety in the dark.
> How long do fluorescent colours remain visible?
Fluorescent films have a very high attention value but a shorter outdoor durability than standard films. They are ideal for temporary or medium-term applications.
> Are these stickers suitable for outdoor use?
Yes. Depending on the selected material, the films are resistant to rain, UV radiation and temperature fluctuations.

How should I prepare my artwork?
Although we thoroughly check all files before production, it is useful to know which requirements your artwork should meet.
Preferably work in CMYK and supply your artwork as a print-ready PDF file. Make sure fonts are converted to outlines and any cutting lines are clearly indicated.
