Need rush stickers? Choose the right production time and delivery route
Rush production is not only about printing quickly. Your planning also depends on cut-off time, payment, artwork approval, file check, delivery method and destination. This guide explains when online ordering is enough and when a quote or personal advice is the safer route.
Short answer
You can order rush stickers online when the required rush option is available on the product page. Standard production is 4 working days with a 17:00 cut-off. The faster 2-working-day option has an 11:00 cut-off. Rush within 24 hours also has an 11:00 cut-off. For same-day, courier, pickup, pallet delivery or multiple addresses, requesting a quote is usually the best route.
Online route
Rush options shown directly
On product pages and in the shopping cart, you can see which production and delivery options are available for your order.
Custom route
Critical deadline?
For same-day, courier, pickup, pallet shipments, larger runs or multiple addresses, personal planning is safer.
Artwork matters
Print-ready files prevent delay
A correct artwork file and fast payment are just as important as selecting the right rush option.
Production times
Which rush options are available?
Availability depends on the product, material, size, quantity and finishing. If you order after the cut-off time, processing moves to the next working day.
Standard
4 working days. Suitable for regular business orders, stock labels and campaigns without direct urgency.
Cut-off 17:00
Fast
2 working days. Useful when you need to deliver quickly to a customer, event, branch or installation schedule.
Cut-off 11:00
Rush
Within 24 hours for products where this is possible. Make sure your file is print-ready and approval is quick.
Cut-off 11:00
Good to know: the delivery time starts once your order has been paid, except for invoice-based orders. All choices must be complete and your artwork must be approved. With a digital proof, production only starts after your approval.
Delivery options
Production time is not the same as delivery
Besides production time, you also choose a delivery method during checkout. Options can include regular delivery, morning delivery, express delivery during the working day, pallet delivery or pickup when available for your order.
- Regular delivery is suitable when timing is important but not extremely critical.
- Morning delivery is useful for installation, events or forwarding to your customer.
- Pallet delivery is often better for larger volumes or stock orders.
- Pickup is only possible when production is complete and you have received confirmation.
Quote or online order
When should you request a rush quote?
Online ordering is ideal when your product, material, size, quantity and artwork are clear. If the deadline is strict, the delivery request is unusual or the artwork needs extra attention, a quote request is safer.
- Same-day production, same-day pickup or courier delivery.
- Pallet delivery, multiple addresses or specific packaging requirements.
- Larger quantities, campaign deliveries or international delivery within Europe.
- Questions about material, artwork, file check or digital proof approval.
Artwork and checks
A rush order depends on a correct print file
With rush production, there is less time for corrections. Supply artwork that meets the delivery specifications. Choose file checking when you want more certainty about resolution, bleed, cut lines, colours or readability.
- Automatic check is suitable for simple files and fast online orders.
- Premium check adds a manual review for important or uncertain artwork.
- A digital proof gives more guidance, but production starts only after approval.
