Professional wrap film for complex surfaces
3M IJ180 Silver is a cast wrap film developed for long-term applications on flat, curved and deeply contoured surfaces. The Controltac™ adhesive layer allows easy positioning during installation, while the Comply™ air-release channels ensure fast and bubble-free application.
Thanks to its high flexibility, the film conforms effortlessly to complex curves, seams, rivets and contours. This makes it particularly suitable for vehicle wraps, fleet graphics and other applications where maximum conformability is required.
Metallic appearance with maximum durability
The film is printed using high-quality solvent inks, resulting in a scratch-resistant, UV-resistant and colourfast finish. The silver metallic base creates unique effects that cannot be achieved with standard white printable films.
For optimal protection against weather conditions, car washes and wear, we recommend finishing with a compatible 3M wrap laminate such as 3M 8550M or 3M 8428G.
With an expected lifespan of approximately 120 months indoors and 84 months outdoors, 3M IJ180 Silver is one of the most durable metallic printable films available within the wrap and signage industry.
