Description High-tack stickers
High-tack stickers are specially developed for applications where standard adhesives do not provide sufficient grip. These stickers adhere strongly to challenging surfaces such as rough plastics, metals, powder-coated surfaces, machines and lightly textured surfaces. Ideal for industrial applications, motorsport, technical installations and situations where maximum adhesion is required. Thanks to the combination of a high-tack adhesive and durable printing, high-tack stickers remain firmly in place for a long time – even under demanding conditions.
High-tack materials for maximum adhesion
For high-tack stickers, we use several specialist films. Roughmark white matt is an extremely strong, wear-resistant PVC film with high mechanical resistance, suitable for intensive applications and heavy-duty use. Motomark white is specially developed for motorsport and demanding applications where strong adhesion and flexibility are required. Orajet 3106HT is a high-tack polymeric film with an extra strong adhesive, suitable for difficult surfaces and lightly textured substrates. These materials are designed to adhere firmly to surfaces where standard films may come loose. The permanent high-tack adhesive ensures optimum grip and long-lasting adhesion. All stickers are printed with solvent ink for a scratch-resistant, UV-resistant and colourfast finish.
For indoor and outdoor use
High-tack stickers are suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications. They are resistant to rain, dirt, temperature fluctuations and intensive use. In combination with a protective laminate, wear resistance is further increased, making them ideal for applications involving mechanical stress or regular cleaning.
Please note: Due to the strong adhesive, these stickers are not or only minimally repositionable. Always make sure the surface is clean, grease-free and dry before application.

How should you supply your artwork for the best result?
Although we thoroughly check all files before production, it is useful to know which requirements your artwork should meet.
Preferably work in CMYK and supply your artwork as a print-ready PDF file. Convert fonts to outlines and clearly indicate any cut lines.
