3M IJ180 Transparent is a cast film developed for long-term applications on flat, curved and deeply contoured surfaces. The Controltac™ adhesive allows easy positioning during installation, while the Comply™ air-release channels ensure fast, bubble-free application.
Thanks to its exceptional flexibility, the film effortlessly conforms to complex shapes, curves, seams and rivets. This makes it particularly suitable for vehicle wraps, fleet graphics and other demanding applications where standard printable films fall short.
Transparent film with maximum durability
The film is printed using high-quality solvent inks for a scratch-resistant, UV-resistant and colourfast finish. For additional protection against weather, car washes and abrasion, we recommend finishing with a compatible 3M wrap laminate such as 3M 8550M or 3M 8428G.
With an expected lifespan of up to 120 months indoors and 84 months outdoors, 3M IJ180 Transparent is one of the most durable printable films available within the sign and vehicle wrapping industry.
